I’d like to take a moment of your time to introduce myself. My name is Jeff Murphy, and I am the new Assistant Service Manager in Owatonna at Kibble Equipment. I have a strong mechanical background and have worked in the service industry for the past 15 years. During that time, I learned how important it is to focus on understanding your needs to provide you with exceptional customer service.
Growing up in South Dakota I enjoyed working with my uncles and cousins on their farms. There I gained valuable experience with and appreciation for John Deere equipment, the agriculture industry, and the farmers who work hard to provide for their families and communities. This rural upbringing instilled in me a solid work ethic and essential values which I apply to my commitment to provide outstanding customer service to everyone I work with today.
A key component of my decision to join Kibble Equipment is their emphasis on excellent customer service. Effective troubleshooting and communication are important to providing timely and cost-effective service, especially during the seasonal demands of planting and harvest. I intend to exceed your service needs every chance I get.
